How our staff works:
Every job at camp requires an ability to be flexible and have fun! It is important to state that each and every position is unique and necessary for the function of camp, and every position comes with its own set of leadership responsibilities.
We’re hiring for an eight week summer season, starting with staff training the week of June 14th (Leadership Staff Training begins June 6th) and ending on the summer on August 7th. Opportunities to stay at camp and continue to serve (and be paid) may be available through Labor Day weekend in September.

2022 Pay Scale Breakdown
Base Pay Rates:
Program Staff/Counselor w/ no certs: $300/week
Program Staff/Counselor w/ LG or CC cert: $325/week
Program Staff/Counselor w/ LG and CC cert: $350/week
Leadership Staff w/ no certs: $350/week
Leadership Staff w/ LG or CC cert: $375/week
Leadership Staff w/ LG and CC cert: $400/week
Office Asst or Videographer: $350/week
Returning Staff: Add $25/week per summer served past first
Recruiting Bonus: $250/person you recruit who we hire (and don’t fire)
Retention Bonus: Commit to serve in the summer of 2023 by August 15th, 2022, and we’ll add $50/week served to your final 2022 paycheck!
