How our staff works:
Every job at camp requires an ability to be flexible and have fun! It is important to state that each and every position is unique and necessary for the function of camp, and every position comes with its own set of leadership responsibilities.
We’re hiring for an eight week summer season, starting with staff training the week of June 13th (Leadership Staff Training begins a week earlier) and ending on the summer on August 6th. Opportunities to stay at camp and continue to serve (and be paid) may be available through Labor Day weekend in September.

2023 Pay Scale Breakdown
Note: All positions are eligible for donation-based salary support! You will receive 100% of all donations given towards your ministry! Let us know if you’re interested in having your friends and family support your summer of ministry at camp!
Base Pay Rates:
Program Staff/Counselor w/ no certs: $300/week
Program Staff/Counselor w/ LG or CC cert: $325/week
Program Staff/Counselor w/ LG and CC cert: $350/week
Leadership Staff w/ no certs: $500/week
Leadership Staff w/ LG or CC cert: $525/week
Leadership Staff w/ LG and CC cert: $550/week
Office Asst: $600/week
Returning Staff: Add $25/week per summer served past first
Recruiting Bonus: $250/person you recruit who we hire (and don’t fire)
