Ghormley offers two High School Leadership Development programs for teens going into their Junior or Senior year of High School called Shift and Overdrive. Each of these programs is 3 weeks long. The goal of Shift and Overdrive is to build strong young leaders at our camp. We believe this will not only enhance our camping ministries, but ultimately will create stronger leaders and followers of Jesus in the schools, churches, and homes of the students who participate in this program.
There is a required application and interview process for anyone interested in our High School Leadership programs.
