Camper Information Distribution
We take seriously the need to protect the identities and information of minors in our care. Any information whatsoever regarding a camper who is registered for a program is strictly guarded and will only be distributed on a need-to-know basis to those whom we have been given express permission to share it with, or who need to know for the purposes of our operation, such as a camp nurse or a counselor. Anyone who requests camper information will be asked a series of questions to help determine the identity of the requester. Ghormley Meadow Christian Camp reserves the right to withhold information from anyone about whom we have reservations as to their right to have access to the information being requested.
